About Aspire 5050

The Acer Aspire 5050 runs on the Windows Vista Home premium operating system. For user interface the Acer Aspire 5050 has a keyboard with 88 keys, it is an inverted T cursor layout with embedded numeric keypad. Not only that it has also hotkey controls, international language support, and 2.5mm minimum key travel. In addition to that, it has 12 function keys, two Microsoft Windows keys, four cursors. To get the support and security from the manufacturer this Acer Aspire has Acer Empowering Key. For multimedia purposes it has four media buttons for play/pause, stop, previous, and next. It has a touchpad with four-way. Its Touchpad comes with four-way integrated scroll button.

The Acer Aspire 5050 contains a 120GB hard disk drive where the user can store a huge amount of data. The Acer laptop runs with the processor of AMD Athelon 64 X2 Dual-Core. The memory used in this notebook is 1 GB which the user can later upgrade up to 4 GB to enhance the speed of the note book. For video output it uses 14.1 inch TFT LCD with the CrystalBrite Technology. So the display it more crisp and clear than any other competitor in the market.
